1.Select your Beaches & Barbells holiday, room option & secure your spot with a non-refundable deposit payment
2.If you are booking solo (as with most of our guests!) and choose the twin share option, you will be paired up with another solo traveller of the same sex
3.You’ll then receive an automated email confirming your booking. The full remainder payment is required 10 weeks prior to the start date – Beaches & Barbells will email you the payment instructions in due course
4.Closer to the holiday commencing, a pre-trip email and questionnaire will be sent out prior to the holiday start date. The questionnaire will request your personal details and training history for our coaches
5.An optional WhatsApp group will be offered
6.Your holiday package information will be sent out 2 weeks prior to departure – just be ready!!

Your trip with Beaches & Barbells begins - meet the team at the stunning 5* beachfront Grecotel Creta Palace in Rethymno!
Your training week at CrossFit Rethymno begins with coach James St Leger - you will fall in love with this outdoor fully equipped CrossFit gym & our training programme!
By this point we're well into our awesome holiday routine - starting our mornings with a strong breakfast, then heading over to CrossFit Rethymno & finally enjoying the rest of the day at the Grecotel Creta Palace with all the gorgeous Cretan sun
On day 4 we have an optional post-training hike at the beautiful Kourtaliotiko Gorge - this hike is absolutely picturesque & the brave ones amongst us will swim in some icy waters

What better way to finish off an amazing week in Crete with an awesome crew, than dinner & drinks in the beautiful old town on Rethymno - we love Crete

The 5* Grecotel Creta Palace is for our beach lovers - ideally located along the coastline of the Cretan Riviera in Rethymno & just 4 km from Rethymno old town.
Enjoy all the luxury and facilities that this 5* hotel offers - half board included!
Twin share & single rooms are available - when booking a twin share room you'll be paired up with an individual of the same sex or request to share with your travel partner and we will make the arrangement for you.
Training will be led by coach James St Leger and focus on CrossFit at the fully equipped outdoor CrossFit Rethymno.
CrossFit Rethymno is just a 10min walk from your hotel.
Rethymno is a beautiful town located on the north coast of Crete. In the old town, the Venetian Harbour is filled with fishing boats and lined with tavernas.
In the harbour you'll see Rethymno's unique Lighthouse which was built in the 1830s. And to the west, you'll find the Venitian Fortezza Castle built in the 16th century. To the East, long, sandy Greek beaches span as far as the eye can see.
Flights & transfers are NOT included in this package.
The stunning Kourtaliotiko Gorge is located on the southern side of Crete. Situated where the Kourtaliotiko River flows southwards between the mountains of Kouroupa and Xiron.
A beautiful sky bar restaurant with exceptional service, culinary classics and designer cocktails located on the hotel's rooftop.
